The UNIPJ-3000(Z) series optical profile projector is a high-precision, efficient photoelectric measuring system. It is widely used in mechanical engineering, instrumentation, electronics, mobile phones, automotive industry, colleges, research institutes, and quality control departments. This series is suitable for measuring various small, precise objects, including contours and surfaces of electronic components, pressed workpieces, threads, gears, and milling, grinding, or lathing workpieces.

The UNIPJ-3000(Z) series features an excellent quality optical system that delivers clear images and accurate magnification. The contour measurement error is under 0.08% with contour light, and the coordinate indication error is under (3+L/75) µm, where L is the measured workpiece length in millimeters.

The system includes the DC-3000 digital readout system and foot-switch, ensuring powerful functionality and easy operation.
