The UWC5000 ( Hotar ) CMM controller design is mixing the features of CMM and VMM. It is embedded with motion control module and motors drivers, achieve outstanding precise speed and position controlling together with high performance brush DC servo.
- Motion control module and motor driver integration.
- AC220V/AC110V power supply, no need for external power supply.
- The core of controller is using FPU+FPGA structure, comparing to the industrial controlling card developing, the UWC5000 is easier to modify or expend the function, and more compatible to all kinds of accessories.
- Full digital debugging mode is compatible to DC brush servo with detecting power generator feedback with different power and different specification.
1. Maximum continuous output power is 450W, available for the motors configuration such as 300+100+100, 200+200+100 or 200+100+60. Supporting the low power, low inertia and low inductance DC servo with brush and moving coil.
2. Supporting RS422 and TTL signal linear scales, resolution VS moving speed maximum supporting 1.25nm@50mm/s, 0.5um@1200mm/s or 1um@2400mm, compatible with most brands of the linear scales.
3. The basic version has 3 axis motion control and 3 axis linear scales reading.
4. Motion expending version adds one axis motion control and one axis linear scale reading, supporting the rotating table or duo Y axis driving, also for Z axis duo sensor control.
5. Vision expend version is including ring light, contour light and co-axial light control, also auto zoom lens controlling.
