How It Works
Through automatic feeding devices (vibrating plate, manipulator, belt, etc.), workpieces are transported to the detection station for high-speed photography. Visual inspection software evaluates and calculates results, then sorts workpieces into good and defective products using electromagnetic valves for automated blanking.
