Pulse Analog Vision Measurement Machine Signal Collecting Card
UWC2440 high accuracy analog and pulse signal collecting card is offering accurate analog voltage signal front-end processing, accurate analog voltage reference voltage source, high performance sigma ADV transformer, ethernet communication circuit. It is designed based on high performance electronic components and advanced simulated circuit technology.
1. Ethernet communication, 32/64 bit operation system compatible, API interface, Demo program source codes.
2. 4 terminals voltage collecting: range +20mV, or 4 terminals current collecting:range +20mA
3. 4 terminals AB orthogonal square wave encoder signal counting, max 12MHz/CH, 32 bit data width, Z signal detecting function included.
4. 2 terminals +10V analog voltage output, 12 bit resolution.
5. 4 terminals DI, supporting external triggered signal input latch to the caches.
6. 4 terminals DO, supporting physical element such as pressure trigger the DO output when reaching the presetting value.
7. Excitation signal output: 5V, suitable for connecting the sensors such as differential strain bridge.
8. Analog collecting resolution is 24bit, effective accuracy 18 bit resolution.
9. Sampling rate 250KSPS (signal terminal). Max collecting speed of the 4 terminals simultaneously collecting is 4k groups / sec. It is used for collecting the force detail changing when pressing the button or plug-in / plug-out the connectors.
10. Caches collecting mode is available, users can set the collecting time intervals. The caches depth 16384 groups, (collecting 4 seconds data and the intervals is 0.25ms. ), matching the speed difference between reading and processing of the PC.
11. 4 terminals synchronous data reading speed is 2400 times per second.
12. Low data collecting shifting, the power supply can be used right after plugin, warming up is unnecessary.
